Cabinet structure

 

● The cabinet frame is made of 8MF cold-formed steel welded and assembled,there are installation holes arranged according to E=20mm and E=100mm modulus on the frame respectively to improve the universality of product assembly.

 

● ZMJ bus-bar clamp with high flame retardant PPO thermoplastic forming material is a building block composite structure,which has high mechanical strength and insulation.

 

● The cabinet with 1000mm and 1200mm width,the front is symmetrical double door structure,the cabinet with 600 mm and 800mm width is whole door structure,and symmetrical double door structure on the back of cabinet are installed far from wall.

 

● The cabinet door is connected with the frame by galvanized rotary hinge,which is easy to install and disassemble.The edgefold of the door has rubber panel.

 

● A complete ground protection circuit is made by grounding knurled screw structure between installation parts in cabinet and the frame of the cabinet.

 

● The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed,it is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main bus-bar.

● Good installation flexibility.Even the competent department forces to eliminate some products in the future,GGD cabinet has good installation flexibility and will not cause installation problems due to the modification or update of components.

 

● Components adopt modular standard design,with fixing holes and general coefficients of working mode.

 

● According to the current modeling design requirements of industrial product,the golden ratio method is adopted to design the cabinet body and the partition dimensions of each part so as to make the cabinet artistic with a new appearance.

 

● The design of GGD cabinet takes full account of the heat radiation in the cabinet operation.There are different numbers of heat sink holes at both ends of the cabinet.When the electrical component in the cabinet are heated,the heat will be discharged through the upper slot holes.The cold air is continuously supplied into the cabinet by the bottom slot holes,so that the sealed cabinet body forms a natural ventilation channel from the bottom to the top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.

 

● The cabinet panel adopts spraying technology,which has strong adhesion and good texture.The cabinet is in matt tone,avoiding glare effect and creating a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.

 

● The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed,which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main bus-bar on site.The four corners of the top of the cabinet are equipped with hand rings for lifting and transportation.

 

● The IP level of the whole cabinet is IP30.Users can choose IP20-IP40 according to the requirements of the site environment.
